"Great service etc when buying - not so good post sales"

My gripe is that it is a nightmare getting anyone to call you back or respond to e.mails - they said they'd look into buying my A1 back off me - process started mid August 2013 - here we are late Oct 2013 and because of their fluffing about and lack of response, I now stand to lose a lot of cash as the car has de-valued and I've had to pay the monthly finance.

I now have a private sale pending for more than £1k above their offer price for the car but on checking the paperwork, the finance is against the registration of the car I traded in for the A1 - again nightmare to speak to anyone - and as for phoning Audi Finance - that is a joke - I;ve spent over 35mins in the past 2 days on the phone being told to be patient and hang on as they are very busy

Doubt I'll ever buy an Audi again based on this experience.
