"Outstanding and knowledgeable service"

Yesterday,I went to Tiso to buy boots with my adult son. The assistant serving us was very knowledgeable and absolutely committed to him finding the right pair of boots.She was endlessly patient and encouraged him to walk on rough testing surfaces and inclines to test slippage and grip. My son came away with a pair of boots that he was completely happy with. We were also told that he could return them any time up to the end of January if, on wearing them indoors, he felt that they were not right in any way. I would always go to Tiso to buy outdoor equipment based on this experience.

In addition, prices compare very favourably with internet prices, but even if they had been more expensive, I would have bought from Tiso. Their service is worth its weight in gold and I want to keep shops like theirs on the high street..
