"Poor service, Poor flowers"

Got sent a bunch of flowers from my mum after undergoing a major operation. The bouquet was delivered and left outside my door because no-one was in. There is 12 flats in my block so it was not the best service to just leave them. The bouquet was delivered on a Tuesday which should mean fresh flowers however there were some of the flowers that were discoloured and close to dying (actually lasted just 3 days. Would not recommend this florist..
