"Shocked"

Our poor wee bichon frise is still in shock after his shaving on Saturday. What is wrong with the shop employees that our year old dog is now shivering, licking paws, limping and generally cowering? I certainly am still shocked at how they have removed all his hair - and that we - stupidly - have paid £40 for this. Rude staff. Very angry customer still. Very sorry little dog still. .
