Although the GP's and nurses at this surgery are exceptional, the real credit must go to the reception and administration staff who really do transform this surgery from adequate to excellent! From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with the upmost respect and sincerity by the ever-smiling faces behind the desk. Even Carlsberg could not make a team of reception staff so dedicated and helpful. This probably is the best GP practice in the world!.
