Good for you taking this further. I too had an awful experience with globespan and in my opinion they openly sell a service in which they clearly do not have to offer. Thus, breach of contract. I have yet to hear from them but I do plan to take this further (as Im sick of these companies getting away with it and treating customers like cattle!) I also thought about sending my complaint to Watch Dog and I think the more people who do this, the more likely they will be to name and shame the airline that should not be allowed to operate!!!.
