"What has gone wrong at Klondyke.!!!"

Visited store today. Purchased a few items then decided to go for food to the Cafe just on 3pm. So disappointed. No hot food in sight yet they are open until 7pm.!!! Made do with a sandwich which was presented in cellophane wrapper. (Unappetising and very cold). Took a look at menu after eating and saw that sandwich (supposedly) came with side salad and coleslaw. Ours certainly didn't.!!! Not even offered. Something seems very wrong here. Everything tidied away at 3pm.? Kitchen area looked so dark although there were staff in there. Not surprised the place was so empty. Feels very unwelcoming. Definitely won't rush back..
