This surgery is going downhill fast I honestly believe it is being run by accident, you try and phone with a query or to speak to a doctor and the phone just rings out, they ask where you want the prescriptions sent and you name a chemist and they just do not send and hold them at the surgery

absolutely anti patient must be frightened they may have to pay out something for patient convieniance.
