"Disappointing service and lack of care"

I took my car in with several issues. They couldn't determine some of the faults so they said it's fine (when it's obviously not). Also misdiagnosed a couple of things, thank f**k I never got them to fix them. Asked them to check if the car is due to an oil change, they said it only needs topping up (the oil in it was low and BLACK!) so they did. Only when I got home noticed the smoke that was coming from under the bonnet. They couldn't even pour 1 single litre of oil in it without spilling it all over the place. Very disappointed and even though it only cost £10 it was a waste of time and money. I took it to another garage wheret he guy ran proper diagnostics and took his time to determine all the faults and he did. They really didn't seem bothered about it, they just kept telling me it's fine....
