"Poor customer service"

Reasonably happy with product albeit overpriced.

The owner was aggressive after delivering product to chase payment having been informed that a bank transfer had completed.

The owner had phoned to say delivery would be 3 weeks earlier than expected which was fine. A bank transfer was made the night of delivery and not all bank transfers complete immediately, it depends on your bank.

The owner was rude and discourteous to my pregnant wife and was insistent that bank transfers complete immediately which is incorrect. If you expect payment before delivery, make this clear beforehand.

Rubbish customer treatment and won't use again or recommend. .
