"Good Furniture - Bad Service"

Ordered a 3 - piece suite in Aberdeen, which was the show room/display model. Told it would be delivered within 10 days, didn't hear anything phoned and then told another two week delay as it was coming from Glasgow. When I ask what was going on was told that they package all goods up and send to a central distribution centre in Glasgow for delivery and that the reason for the additional delay was that no-one had booked it into the delivery system. Told basically tough luck.
