"Not good!"

Me and my boyfriend went to go bowling and we were very excited to go so we went in and they told us to come back for 7 so we went for something to eat then went back for 7 we were waiting to get on the laneand then it turns out that the people had booked it for another hour and we hadent been told that and then they tried to get us to wait another further 10 minutes until another lane was available and we thought no why should we when we got told to come back and then we found oot that it was booked for extra time so we got a refund after waiting another further 5 minis to get the refund very very unorganized!.
