"Not hood enough marks!!"

Had a coffee in marks and Spencer's cafe at craigleith Edinburgh. The coffee and cake were very good. Unfortunately the table was dirty and the floor had napkins, paper and rubbish on it. The staff were too interested in talking to each other and ignoring customers. Disappointing Marks and Spencet. That would not happen at their store at The Gyle , Edinburgjh.
