"Staff at rexeption are abissmally bad, doctors ok"

Staff at reception do not listen and prejudge, I called nhs 24 who advised i should have beeb offered a local doctors appointment for the same day yet I was told get an emergency appointment in the next week or wait until the 29th of April, when i contested this I was told NHS direct were wrong etc, I think the service was and is disgusting.
