"Exchanged a shop soiled dress with no Quibble!!!!"

My daughter recently bought a beautiful shell pink dress for a wedding in July and a belt and shoes to match. On arriving home she discovered some dirty marks mostly on the underside of the dress.She decided to take it back and show the shop. When the assistant saw the marks she very quickly said thats no problem we are very sorry and will get you a another one immediatly! Both myself and my daughter will be back to this Ted Baker shop as it was excellent customer service!
