My protex system was done just over 4 years ago with a 10 year guarantee. The back wall of my house was not prepared properly ending in cracking in the Protex and with the high winds a large part has been blown off. The firm is now out of business and the guarantee worthless. It has been difficult to get someone to repair the damage and I may end up having to have the wall harled at more expense. I wrote and e-mailed the company and had two phone calls from a lady telling me that her husband had died and she was very sorry but the business was no longer trading. Great when a company can just wash its hands of responsibility!!!.
