To whom it may concern,

I am writing to complain about receptionists working at the SPRINGWELL MEDICAL PRACTICE, 39 ARDMILLAN TERRACE.

A reason of the complaint is I have been unsuccessfully trying to book an appointment to vaccinate my 1 year old son for two months. Unfortunately, due to incompetence of the mentioned staff it is impossible.

Arranging the first appointment for vaccine, I precisely informed the receptionist about date of my son first birthday which was on 2nd of June 2015 and appointment was booked on 19th of May. However, when we came, I was told that this is too early for vaccination - it should be done in between 12 and 13 month of child's live. So the next appointment has been booked on 14th of July, but the person who was responsible for vaccinations was on the holiday. The third appointment was booked on 30th of July but it was another mistake of the staff. At this point I was really disappoint especially that my son must have carried out the medical treatment.

For now we have a fourth appointment booked on 12th of August. I'm afraid that this one will also be cancelled as my son will be too old for this vaccination: if 2 week before his first birthday was too early, the age 14 months and 2 weeks will be too late for this.

In my opinion the staff of above medical practice makes fun of me, so I decided to move my family to the other place. I believe that your low-qualified staff can be dangerous for patients. I would like inform you that if any complications will occur in future due to the lack of vaccination I will call you to account.
