"Rude, Unfriendly, Arrogant Staff"

Rude, unfriendly, arrogant, unprofessional staff. I recently been the Edinburg Consulate General for a visa matter and observed they are treating people pretty sad manner. Some poor foreign student was chased away, just because he couldn’t understand his accent. Edinburg Consulate General staff desperately looking for any excuse to reject taking the application. I have been to several embassies around the UK [US in London, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Denmark, Netherland] never seen such unprofessional responds. Some people had to come 4 times just for a visiting visa. my worst experience.........................
