"Manners"

I've used easy tan for years now and most of the time the staff are great, after several visits at different times though there is 1 member of staff who could really do with polishing her customer service approach, after going in tonight 15/1/16 the woman working in easy tan never uttered a please , thankyou, goodbye nothing! This isn't the first time she's done this and although I appreciate the staff sometimes have to take their breaks while working, eating a pkt of crisps while serving me isn't in my book acceptable, sorry guys but I do think this employee really needs to brush up on how to treat customers! That said I will still use easy tan because the good far weighs the ignorant 😀.
