Very patient and understanding, has a vast knowledge and takes the time to explain things to you in detail, and in leymens terms making it easy to comprehend. Also she is always very reassuring of "other routes" that can be taken if the initial treatment doesn't work. She's wonderful, a real gem of a woman!.
