"Wonderful team start to funish"

A review of PDSA Pet Aid Hospital by Ray written on Friday 12th of February 2016

My cat took ill and I called for advice, lines were busy but I kept trying for few mins got answered. Was given excellent advice and told to call back if no improvement.

Cat did not improve and I was given later appointment so cat would not be stressed. Seen within ten mins of arriving. Reception staff were helpful, polite and very caring. Took me through paperwork and Donation process.

I was treated with greatest dignity and respect!

Scrunchy was treated with great care and compassion!
