After a not very good experience at Currys PC World at Craigleith Edinburgh can I just say a thank you to Jay at the KnowHow desk at Fort Kinnaird. He was very helpful and patient with the customer in front of us and then the same when he dealt with us. I don't know how you go about rewarding a good member of staff in your company but Jay is a credit to you. He has helped give a 'good' rating to the review..
