"Very disappointing 50th"

The function halls air-condition was not workin ,leaking celling,they put a towel on the to catch the water and put three chairs round the towel.Then they accused a gest of assaulting a member of staff so they could keep deposit,and hall had to be cleaned before it could be set up for 50th.VERY POOR!.
