"Can't make contact with UK customer services."

I keep getting the Phillipines instead of a UK based service. This option should be available. I need to get someone who was originally involved with the upgrade of my account since there is a discrepancy between the amount of data on my contract and what I am actually getting. The Philippine staff are very courteous but are a step away from the customers and their contracts. I much prefer to deal with a Dane if I buy something from Denmark or with a German if I buy something from Germany. My contract was arranged in the UK and so should the maintenance of that contract be based here..
