"Bad service"

I have had an Audi for around 6 years. When in Glasgow, the dealership would contact me when my MOT was due. Edinburgh Audi do not do this. Last year, they told me that I had requested not to be contacted, which was a straight forward lie, as they continued to contact me for services. This year, I was late again with my MOT, and was told that it is my responsibility to remember when my MOT is due. While I accept that is the case, I have been driving for around 30 years, and have always had a courtesy call reminding me.

And speaking of courtesy, They also rarely have a courtesy car available.

I can highly recommend Lochrin Autos for MOTs. I will be using them from now on
