"Disappointed "

Have been going regularly but tonight was the last time. In the past when food was served staff would come and ask if everything is in order, it wasn't done this evening. I would have informed my fish and chips wasn't to my liking. When dishe's were collected informed the male member of staff that I thought the fish was awful. No remarks or anything complimentary offered. We then asked for 3 teas and were given 3 teapots with no lids - surely a health and safety issue!!! We have noticed a difference in the quality of food and service in a short period of time. Needless to say will not be going back. Will try somewhere else next month. .
