"Parking Spaces"

In all my visits to this retail park over the years, I have NEVER seen any personnel employed in ANY activities of a maintenance or security role, consequently when seeking a disabled space outside of Marks and Spencer's, with the new disabled badge, and mum in the car(it's her badge)I was horrified to find all the spaces full of cars, and ONLY 2 displaying a disabled badge. Subsequent attempts at finding a close enough space resulted in my alleged damage to another vehicle, owing to the inadequate dimensions of the car spaces. Action is required to remedy this sad situation by the alleged management team.
