"Failed to deliver"

I received a call from these guys saying they had a backlog so my delivery was not put on the truck. However they would deliver that night between 6-8. I told them I had to be at the airport so they said they would put it on for first delivery T 6.30. I stayed in until 8 as my plane was delayed. I never received a delivery, no phone all and they are not answering their phone. Useless company in my eyes as I am not in for two days. I am still charged for their lack of service though!!! .
