"Can not phone them"

Be trying to phone the office in Edinburgh and keep saying to busy cant take call then cut off got agent at door today did not know them he said some one will call tomorrow to get payment but it can be any one as they have changed there way to get payments not the agent that we are used to did not get notice of is so I have not going to pay till I get to take to some one in office.
