"Very dissapointed "

I have been to Mr Milligan's before and put a braclet in to be made into a ring. This was put in in August last year, he did say he was busy and I was in no rush. In November I dropped in as I had heard nothing. I was assured he was catching up with his back log and he would contact me the following week. I called from the end of February leaving many messages, eventually called in in April where he explained he had illness in the family and has not been in as often. He assured me again that he would call the following week. I went in today July 17th and picked up my braclet. I was given excuses again about him not being in very often. However he has been in but not honoured my request. This to me is not good customer service, he is obviously completing other customer orders which is not acceptable. If he did not want the custom he could have been up front and honest and I could have went elsewhere..
