"Provident - not accepting phone calls - unable to pay them"

A review of Provident Personal Credit by Anonymous scotland written on Wednesday 9th of August 2017

Phone message says all operators busy and then cut you off. I tried to pay by their automated service but I was told I was paying too much and it wouldn't accept the money. Have made a complaint but no-one has contacted me for my final payment. Perhaps they call this progress. .
