I was in semi chem today 11/11/17 about 1105 am. I was looking at the make up. An elderly gentleman was buying cough seeets. He used a stroller which is quite bulky in a wee space. The gentleman apologised for being in my way of which I reassured him he wasn’t. The male assistant found what he was needing. Anything else I can get you sir he asked? He replied no thanks. He took a while to get his money organised I stepped to the side to let someone go to the other till. The elderly gentleman then asked the male assistant if he would mind opening a packet. He treated him with such kindness and respect. I don’t know your name but you did a great job. Keep up the good work. .
