This is our second visit - the first time they didn’t have what we wanted but they suggested an alternative . This necessitated leaving the watch to have the new strap fitted. The old strap was very difficult to remove but, a few days later, they phoned, we collected the watch and were charged nothing for the work involved. Today we returned to get an expanding bracelet for the watch. Again , superb service - strap removed, new bracelet fitted, costing only the bracelet.
