"A really extraordinary place for a party!"

The ambience of the function room is really great. (I wish I knew the history of this building.) The room is very similar in style to rooms in Holyrood Palace. The fireplace is old and authentic and there was a lovely fire in the grate for our party. The bar is set back, in an alcove, from the dance floor and there is a very small stage at the other end of the room.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a venue. The buffet was very nice indeed and the disco suited us nicely..
