"Really helpful boot-fitting staff"

I find it difficult to get well-fitting walking boots and am a bit of a nervous buyer after an expensive mistake in the past. Calum at the Tiso Rose Street shop in Edinburgh was really patient and helpful, brought out loads of different boots in different sizes to try, offered various suggestions and then left me to it when what I needed to do was just spend ages walking round the shop testing the 3 pairs we'd narrowed it down to. He was probably wondering if I'd ever leave or if he'd have to make up a bed for me in the stock room, but he never showed it and his colleagues were equally friendly. Highly recommended..
