I ordered a dress on-line which became out of stock so after finding it in stock in the Phase Eight Edinburgh store, the lovely and very helpful manager, Jasmin, had it delivered to me the very next day ! Don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service!

Disappointed with Phase Eight on-line as the only way you find out an item you’ve ordered is not going to be delivered is by checking your on-line banking for a refund. Communication is very poor so well done to Jasmin and Nazia who located the dress in Edinburgh..
