"A top class service with a minor let down"

I Have been organising all types of holidays all over the world with Trailfinders for 15 years. The service has always been exceptional competent friendly and of the highest quality. However this year despite being a local telephone number and belonging to what I thought was a specific person I have never been able to speak to anyone on the phone in the Edinburgh office. On two occasions I have waited over 20 minutes with no answer, gave up and had to resort to visiting which has been inconvenient. I assumed the number was a call centre but was assured that the office is very busy. This may sound like a minor point but it is disappointing and frustrating for what is normally an excellent travel agent service..
