"Trustworthy, customer focussed garage."

I discovered Metro Auto Centre about 3 years ago or so and I have used them for both servicing and MOTs ever since. I was immediately impressed with their customer service, honesty, straightforwardness and helpfulness. The garage is customer focussed and although it’s a business you get the impression that it’s not all about money. Their pricing is fair. Recently, due to a health issue, I was unable to drive and drop my car off, first of all for an MOT then latterly for an annual service. On both occasions they came to my home to pick up my vehicle and subsequently returned it when the work was completed. This service was invaluable and I am so appreciative that they were able to do this for me. This type of helpfulness and customer focus engenders loyalty. Finally, if you find a garage that you trust (and I trust Metro), take my advice and stick with them!.
