After reading Bobs success in sueing Mickeymouseairways, I will be pursuing them in a similar manner.

We have been trying in vain to get them to respond since May without success, even going through ATUC, we still haven't received as much as a email from them.

I have checked the small claims court scotland website and a change has been made in the amount you can claim in these instances.

From January 2008, the amount you can claim is rising from 750 gbp to 3000 gbp so I would suggest holding off for a couple of months before applying to your local sheriff court as I will be.

I lok forward to hearing of many other successes in the near future.
