I received excellent service. I was looking for them to place yet another order, but have not been able to reach them. I've called, emailed, tried to fax and even asked my sister in England to contact them thinking the work hours had something to do with the difficulty in communicating since I am at the other end of the ocean, but it seems they are not opened. I am sorry they are not offering their services, they were great to us. Sorry also to read how many people are unhappy with them..
