Over the last few months my car has been in to Edinburgh Audi several times – before you ask, there was a recurring fault that was not correctly resolved by Glasgow Audi bodyshop. On every occasion the service department has been helpful, courteous and responsive to e-mails and phone calls. I was further impressed by the fact that when I called to arrange another repair (purely my own fault this one) that they did not only remember me and my recent experiences but they offered to minimise the repair cost without my asking. Top marks Edinburgh Audi Service Department and John Burrows in particular..
