"Inspired?.............Not really!!"

10th October 2007, we bought an Inspire Hang on the Wall Electric Fire, looked great, duly delivered......

the Joiner was unable to hang this as the Brackets were incompatible with the Fire,instruction leaflet also not for our fire, many phone calls and a week later we had new brackets (and a new instruction leaflet) looked great, couldn't turn it on.......many more phone calls, it appears the Remote is not for our fire either!! 2 days later, we receive a new instruction manual in the post, shame we can't use this to light our fire!! Now we are unable to contact them on the phone, which is always engaged or rings out.......

11th December 2007, the Best Bit, we return our Inspire fire to the Edinburgh Fireplace Gallery, and receive a full refund!!!.
