A review of Gilmerton Miners Welfare Society by Debbie Law written on Tuesday 1st of January 2008
Im shocked about the terrible comments of this club, my dad is vice president of the club, Mr A. Law, he is very fair to people when he should not be, but he is that kind of guy. I had my wedding reception up the club and the staff were really good, and could not have done enough for my guests.
The caterers were brilliant, the disco was great everyone was up on the floor swinging the night away, no one was allowed up that was not invited, the staff made sure of that. Unfotunatly my marraige did not last. My sister had her reception here as well, the drink is so cheap and its a very big club, which holds alot of people.
I on occasions go the miners, as my mum and dad go every saturday night, and it i always busy.
so anyone that reads this review, please take my point this club is great, with friendly people and bar staff, and commitee..
