"Where is the Herald & Post?"

A review of Edinburgh Herald & Post by Avril Block written on Thursday 3rd of January 2008

I would like to write a review on the Herald & Post, except that I have not seen one for several years! Is it no longer being delivered to the Joppa area, as it must be approximately 3 years since one was delivered here? I would like to know the reason please. Possibly it's because whoever is supposed to be delivering them obviously is not. Answers please!.
