"Unable to deliver promptly."

I arrived at Edinburgh airport on the 7th whereas my suitcase did the following day. So far so good. The airport located it on the following day, so it was forwarded to "Premier Despatch" on the 8th.

In the morning of the 9th they called me to arrange a time in the afternoon. Well, I managed to be available at the appointed time but the delivery service did not turn up!

There was no further notice on that and I was left knowing nothing.

They eventually managed to deliver it to the main reception of my student accomodation on the 10th.

So it took them about 2 to 3 days to deliver! That is not professional for a curier service!.
